Chief Tunde Afolabi, Chairman of AMNI International Petroleum Company
The chairman of AMNI International Petroleum, Chief Tunde Afolabi has commended the Centre for Petroleum Information (CPI) for marking a milestone in the oil and gas industry by publishing an authoritative reference book during its 20th anniversary event which held in Lagos recently.
The 440-page book with the title, ‘Energy Insight Nigeria’ was edited by a veteran in the Industry, Victor Eromosele. It captures the thoughts of 45 contributors, some of which are the brightest minds in the energy industry in Africa.
Making his remark at the event, Chief Afolabi noted that members of CPI Board of Governors as well as the Chief Host of the anniversary event, Chief Chamberlin Oyibo have done well by documenting two decades of industry history in the new book while setting an agenda for the next two decades.
The anniversary occasion was graced by dignitaries drawn from the oil and gas industry including Dr. A.B.C Orjiakor who was the Chief Presenter of the book. Also, at the event, Gbenga Oyebode spoke on “Salvaging the Unrealised Nigerian Vision 2020.”
