After being appointed by President Bola Tinubu as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC), Engr. Jennifer Adighije has marched the task by driving her mandate effectively managing the National Integrated Power Projects (NIPP).
Engr. Adighije was appointed with new management team in a move aimed at boosting the country’s power generation and distribution.
Staff of NDPHC poured encomiums and accolades on Engr. Adighije after 100 days in office.
“We pray that God in his infinite mercy will guide protect you in this course that you’ve taken wishing you all the best. We’re always going to be there to assist you with prayers as much work as we can. We assure you that we have more than 25 hours in a day to give and wish you more success in 100 days.”
They wished her success in stakeholders’ engagement, collaboration and debt recovery for the Generation Company (GenCo)
Congratulating the new management team 100 days in office, led by Engr. Adighije, Olufunke Nwankwo, General Manager, Human Resources, wished her well in the journey which was centered with vision and optimization of the company’s assets.
NDPHC leverages on technology and human capital for positive change.

On his part, Head, Corporate and Public Relations of NDPHC, Emmanuel Ojoh, pointed out that since the management came there is a breath of fresh air and the company has recorded improvement in terms of production and turbines are growing. The company is producing energy looking for ways to evacuate power.
The company has seen the vision the new management has attained after being appointed by President Tinubu and going forward there will be a robust achievements for the GenCo.
